You either love this place or you are wrong. Every time I've eaten here it's been freaking amazing. To everyone who complained about rude employees you should probably check yourselves because I've never had one problem. My orders are always correct Food is f*cking delicious Employees are really nice It's crowded because it's good, stop complaining about it Best chicken teriyaki I've ever had, no idea what they do but it's f*cking amazing. Everything here is great but damn this is just spectacular. Also don't be a cheap a$$ and get their lemonades, so good.

It was good. It didn't have as much variety as I thought for things to pick up more like plates. I really was looking for poke. But there was only two options. A little disappointed in the cheesecake because they had a butter guava and a lilikoi. Also, my fault for not asking, but I thought the cheesecake would be that flavored. It was just a topping. Guava pepper chicken is all the rage, but that cracked chicken was pretty good. It wasn't dry good flavor. Didn't care for the Mac salad. Shoyu poke had too much fiber on some bites. The spicy was not spicy at all. Did not like the teriyaki tasting drizzle making it sweeter It is fairly good all around not my favorite. I'd rather go to da Hawaiian since it is closer to me in this place doesn't really offer me anything worth making an extra drive for. If I am in this area, this would be the place to go for a plate.

Great vibes inside! Located in a large plaza next to Target, lots of parking and seating inside and out. Huge menu, felt a bit overwhelmed by all the options but decided order a place to try a little bit of everything. Order a spam musubi and Da "Roots" Plate. It came with mac, shoyu tuna, ahi tuna katsu, korean ribs, and rice. Definitely filing! The katsu personally wasn't my favorite, they added a wasabi sauce which made it hard for me to eat. Meat was good! Loaded in sauce, so eating it with rice and mac was good to balance all the saltiness. Poke was tasty too! Musubi was your average spam and rice, not too sweet / covered in teriyaki which I appreciated. Service was quick and came out in a decent amount of time. Overall would come back and try a few option menu options! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Ai Pono Cafe is a gem! I love how funny the combo names are. This place is pretty popular and can get pretty crowded on weekends. The food has an amazing mix of flavors - I especially loved the poke. Definitely a spot worth checking out, even if you have to wait a bit. Great vibes and delicious bites!
